Start with a little pinch about the founder…Tiny Olive was created by Georgina Howard, who has more than ten year’s experience in the food industry. Georgina is a mum who is passionate about health, nutrition and organic food for young children. With the benefit of her own professional experience, and first hand understanding of the demands faced by parents today, Georgina spent two years working with nutrition experts and food technologists to create Tiny Olive and give parents a much needed alternative to traditional baby foods.

Add a dollop about our  Registered Dietitian…Our unique menus were developed in conjunction with our Registered Dietitian, Emma Mills.
With the combined experience of working for Cow & Gate and feeding her own babies homemade recipes, Emma was instrumental in the creation of Tiny Olive’s menus from the recipes right through to the nutritional analyses you can see on our labels.

Blend with a tablespoon of science and the law…The dishes on our menus have been microbiologically analysed at a food testing laboratory to ensure every aspect of their manufacture is as safe as possible from microbial contamination. This is maintained by ensuring the preparation and manufacture of food is in accordance with the HACCP system, the strictest food safety system implemented by the Food Standards Agency. This includes stringent quality assurance methods such as having full traceability records in place which enable us to trace every single ingredient in every single dish right back to the farm, field or supplier we sourced it from.

Now add a little bit about the local authorities…Tiny Olive is registered with and regulated by the Environmental Health department at Rushcliffe Borough Council and by Trading Standards. We have been awarded by Environmental Health UK Mark UK/RF010/EC, which is granted only after stringent inspections confirm the safe and hygienic manufacture of food in approved premises. We are also trained and qualified in food hygiene and are uncompromising in the hygienic manufacture of our dishes.

And top it off with the organic certification…Tiny Olive is also certified by the Organic Food Federation. As well as requiring the implementation of additional quality control systems, we are further regulated to ensure that all of our processes meet organic standards and that every ingredient in your child’s puree, meal, sauce or dessert is from an approved organic supplier. We can only use the Organic Food Federation’s logo on our products with their approval, so you can be absolutely sure that our meals are 100% organic.
