We're very excited to be offering nationwide delivery from 1st July 2008 - just in time to celebrate our 1st birthday!
Nottinghamshire tots have been enjoying Tiny Olive food for the past year now but it seems that little ones all over the UK can't wait to get their hands on our scrumptious dishes. So we've worked really hard to find a way to make this possible without compromising any aspect of our top-notch products or service and guess what? We've only gone and done it! We think that's what's called a 'win-win situation!
All you need to do is place your order online by 6pm Monday to receive delivery on Thursday. Deliveries will be between 08.00 and 18.00 hours (between you and us, deliveries are usually made by early afternoon) and it's soooo important that someone is available to take delivery of the goods at the delivery address of your choice so you can sign for them and also pop the little pots of gorgeousness straight into a freezer.
The bit we're not overly delighted with is that we do have to pass the delivery costs on to our customers as they are not built into the cost of the product. Keeping frozen food frozen during transit is an expensive process which is why delivery has to be charged at £9.95. However, we hope to reduce this as the delivery service gets busier so we can pass on any savings we make through sending out more and more parcels.
- MONEY SAVING TIP! Why not place a joint order with a friend or two? That way you only pay one delivery charge but you can split the cost between yourselves.
- ANOTHER MONEY SAVING TIP! Delivery is charged at £9.95 regardless of the number of items so you order so why not order a few extra pots to stock the freezer with and save on the number of deliveries you have to pay for. Dishes come with a good few months shelf life so don't feel that you have to order little and often.
- Residents in selected postcodes beginning DN, NG, S80 and S81 can order via the online grocery service at www.thaymar.co.uk and pay only £5.99 for delivery.
- LOCAL STOCKISTS: If there's an outlet near you that you'd like to be able to buy our products from then let us know at heybaby@tinyolive.co.uk. Then you won't have to spend a single penny on P&P!
